Lite Aluminum Fixed Thrifty Cranes

The lightweight Thrifty Aluminum 0.5- and 1-ton fixed-height gantry crane is one of our most popular product lines weighing in as little as 135 pounds. It offers the greatest clear span of any Wallace gantry crane, and the aluminum design makes it an ideal combination of high lifting and reduced weight. The Thrifty comes in adjustable heights and is easily assembled and disassembled for convenient portability.

Corrosion-resistant Wallace Thrifty aluminum gantry cranes have a wide variety of indoor-outdoor, commercial and industrial applications where quick assembly and heavy lifting are required, where there is limited space, or when you need an economical way to lift and move heavy loads inside your facility and traditional cranes just aren’t suitable. They are ideal for HVAC, refrigerated areas, and other controlled environments.

Because our cranes are lightweight and easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble, many customers use them for HVAC installation and repair, automotive repair shops, shipyards, scrapyards, construction, warehousing, manufacturing and plant facilities, and municipal maintenance including subways, buses, and building facilities. Product Warranty

We warrant that Wallace Cranes (Wallace) products manufactured by us will be of the kind and quality described and will be free of defects in workmanship or material. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within one (1) year, from original date of shipment, we shall upon notification correct such non-conformity, at our option, either by repairing any defective part or parts, or by making available, F.O.B. Malvern, Pennsylvania, a repaired or replacement part.

All gantry returns must be made within forty-five (45) days from date of shipment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is for an exchange. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Additional deductions may be made for physical damage to the product(s).

Any improper or excessive use, operation beyond capacity, substitution of parts not approved by us, or any alteration or repair by others which in our opinion affects the product or accessories materially and adversely, shall void this warranty.

Wallace shall not be responsible for unauthorized sale or misrepresentation by unauthorized 3rd party resellers. Wallace warranties are not transferable with ownership. Products purchased at auction are not covered under Wallace warranty.

This warranty is not transferable and is applicable only for the original purchaser of the equipment and does not extend to subsequent resale. Wallace shall not be responsible for unauthorized sale or misrepresentation by unauthorized 3rd party resellers. Products purchased as used equipment or at auction are not covered under the Wallace warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT OF TITLE AND AGAINST PATENT INFRINGEMENT. Correction of non-conformities, in the manner and for the period of time provided above, shall constitute fulfillment of all our liabilities to you, whether based on contract, negligence or otherwise with respect to, or arising out of such product or use thereof.

We shall not be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and our liability with respect to any sale or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the equipment or part on which such liability is based.

Limitation of Liability

WALLACE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
